Carys is described as Dynamic, Hardworking, Loyal, Organised & Reliable. Her role involves supporting two Directors in the areas of Finance & Systems and Legal for Moët Hennessy Europe. She also provides ad hoc support for the President & Managing Director when he is in the London office.
As the European Head Office we have 17 countries reporting directly to us on a daily basis along with several ‘maisons ’. This means that there are hundreds of people contacting Carys and her bosses each day with requests and queries of varying degrees of importance.
Carys manages incoming calls, emails and meeting requests on behalf of the directors as well as staying on top of her own mailboxes. She oversees office management liaising directly with the office manager and external suppliers such as photographers, florists, caterers, hotels and couriers.

The seminar in question was a success – topics that needed to be discussed were, and the additional bonus of having a digital seminar was that more people who were unable to attend the physical seminar could join remotely.
